HOW TO REGISTER DSC (DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE) ON TRACES
The steps to download and install emsigner for digital signing on TRACES portal.
TRACES LOGIN
Step-1: Login to TRACES WEBSITE
Step-2: Fill up the User ID, Password, TAN number of deductor
REGISTER DSC
Step-3: Go to the ‘Profile’ Section, Select the ‘Signature’ tab. Click on ‘Register DSC’
Step-4: Insert DSC token. Select the DSC and enter the password.
Step-5: Thereafter certificate will appear on the screen. Click ‘OK’ to complete the process.
Step-6: A confirmation message will be displayed and will show ‘DSC is successfully registered’.
Error Messages for DSC Registration on TRACES
Error 1: PAN Mismatch
Error 2: DSC already registered
Error 3: DSC is revoked
Error 4: DSC verification failed
Error 5: DSC expires
