Errors while uploading LLP eForms on MCA portal

In case while uploading LLP eForms on MCA portal, we might get error message that “Need to attach Mandatory DSC for 0XXXX” (DIN is mentioned). ERROR-NEED TO ATTACH MANDATORY DSC

In this case, you have to check the adobe versions being used while affixing DSC

Additional points

Please clear the cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files from your browser/system.
Please save the e-Form on local drives and thereafter fix the DSC. Don’t open files directly from Inbox, zip folder, share drive, or from any cloud storage like google drive, one drive, drop box.
Please use latest “Adobe Acrobat DC” version for opening or signing form.
Save the e-Form after pre-scrutiny is successful. Please make sure that PDF file name or attached file names should not have any special characters.
Please try to save PDF file as “SAVE AS” instead of merely save the file. Also, save the file on Desktop / hard disk
Additionally, e-Forms get signed on all forms on the same date
As per MCA guidelines, the e-Form size should be below 5MB
Make sure DSC is registered on MCA portal
If still problem persists, then clear all DSC affixed and try affixing DSC’s again from different system before uploading e-Forms

GOOGLE CHROME – Clear browsing history

Open Chrome browser in your system.
At the top right (3 dots), click ‘More Tools’.
Click ‘More Tools’. Select ‘Clear browsing data’.
Also, you may use short cut key CTRL+SHIFT+DEL
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
