A person has to obtain digital signature certificate on a token that looks like a USB drive. There is no physical signature required. Further, DSC update the date of signature exactly the time when digital signature is affixed.
Process to use Digital Signature Certificate for signing any documents
The following steps needs to adopt for signing digitally on any documents:
- Select either (1) DSC or (2) any signed image
- Select the manner of signing either (1) DSC or (2) based on image stored.
- Select a ‘signing template’ or PDF documents.
- Click on ‘Start Signing Now’.
- Enter the password of DSC used to sign the documents.
- Your signing process will start here.
